This Privacy Policy describes how Neon Rush City ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our mobile game application ("App").

We do not directly collect personal information. However, our third-party advertising partner, Google AdMob, may collect the following:

Device Identifiers: Advertising ID (IDFA on iOS) to deliver and measure personalized ads.
Usage Data: App interactions and in-game activity to improve ad relevance.
Advertising Data: Information about ads shown to you within the App.
Diagnostic Data: Crash logs and performance data to improve stability.

Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) and other data to show you personalized ads. On iOS 14 and later, you will be prompted to allow or deny tracking via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before any advertising identifier is accessed. If you deny tracking, you will still see ads but they will not be personalized.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data may be shared with Google AdMob solely for the purposes described above. We do not share your data with any other third parties.

Your Choices

iOS: You can opt out of personalized advertising by going to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and disabling tracking for Neon Rush City.
You can also reset your advertising identifier in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date.
